Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
