Are your pottery pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our stoneware is fired at high temperatures to ensure durability. Most pieces are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher, though we recommend hand-washing for longevity.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable starch peanuts to provide maximum cushioning. If an item arrives damaged, we offer a full replacement at no extra cost.
Do you accept custom commissions or personalized orders?
We occasionally open slots for custom dinnerware sets and personalized mugs. Please check our 'Custom Orders' page or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of the next opening.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We want you to love your pottery. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the product photo?
Every item is hand-thrown and hand-glazed. These slight variations in size and glaze pattern are a hallmark of artisanal pottery, making every single piece unique.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' items, please allow 4-6 weeks for the throwing, drying, and firing process.
